Stepping down ( New Founders)

Evening all!

As GCSEs are now dominating all of my time ( and soon to be A levels) I think it's time to hand the group over before it faces any more neglect. As a result of course I will need a replacement! I'm looking for a new founder and two or three co founders. Interested? As the group is quite so big, I would like someone with experience and skill. Running this group is time consuming. It needs someone who can hold contests and keep the group up to date with Hetalia related information. Although this should go without saying, a founder who can write eloquently and politely is crucial.

If you are interested please comment with:

-age
- previous groups you have helped/ founded
- How much free time you think you have to run it
- how long you have been on DA for
- Any plans/ ideas you have for the group
- Why you think you are the one for the job!

I'm gonna' miss running this group but I have high hopes for the next founder!

WELCOME HETALIAN!
_{RULES: (PLEASE READ!)
After our big increase in members we have had to make the rules a little stricter, this will be beneficial to you so your artwork may be more appreciated!
For now there will be no limit on the amount of deviations one may submit a week. That doesn’t mean that you can overload the group! Give it to us a bit at a time!!
NO FLAMING! We haven’t got time for you mouthing off to others! We welcome all!
NO motivationals [ black boxed image with some ‘witty caption’ underneath] , unless the art is by you. From now on if you are caught uploading one you will be removed from the group.
Although we do welcome all art whether you think it’s good enough or not we just ask that the image can be seen clearly and isn’t too messy!!
Deviations must be filtered were needed.
Yaoi is allowed but must be filtered.
screen caps are allowed though you should be warned Screen caps don’t count as art and don’t comply with DA’s rules so we take no responsibility if you are reported through one of our other members. If the art is purely a screen cap that has no edits or is not by you, once again you and your art will be removed from the group.
Please put your art in the right folder!! We mean it when we say that it saves us a lot of time and stress! <3
1.) HOW DO I JOIN?

First of all click the join group at the top of the page, you will be automatically accepted!

2.) HOW DO I SUBMIT MY ARTWORK TO GALLERY?

Just go to the folder you wish to submit to and click "contribute art"
Art in the wrong folder will be removed.
3.) HOW CAN I SUBMIT A FAVOURITE?

If you would like you must first become a member of the group and once you are you may Suggest a fav at the top of the group page. This is not a free promotion for you to fav all of your own art.

FOLDERS:
We have an amazing range of folders for everything from OCs to yaoi! Each folder is very self-explanatory and please make good use of them instead of dumping them off in the Featured. If however you don’t know where to put your Deviation, feel free to leave it there and ask us to move it!! As long as an aspect of the content matches with the folder it’s in the right place!

Excuse me but I drew something (traditional drawing with a Halloween theme) with the allies, axis, Spain & Romano but I have no idea in which file to put it in and I don't want to make a mistake.
